Hello,

My name is Coach Bert Esposito, aka Coach Espo.   I live with my awesome wife Kelli and we have been married 26 years.  I have 2 incredible daughters, Rachel 21 & Melissa 19, who are both attending Grand Canyon University in Arizona.  We also have 2 great dogs Lucky and Foxy.

I have a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Cal Baptist University and a Masters in Physical Education from Azusa Pacific University. 

My philosophy in life is to enjoy what this earth has to offer and live each day like its your last, but learn from your past and plan for your future.

My teaching philosophy has always been to not just motivate students to learn and live but to help students to learn how to self motivate and find value in themselves.  I want to help each student to understand that no matter what your life circumstances are in the present or what your past has been, you are so valuable as a person and to Love yourself.  The future is what you make of it and the daily decisions you make lead to that future.
